Return Policy

If a customer chooses to return an order after delivery for reasons unrelated to damage or error, they are responsible for both the delivery and return shipping costs.

If the return is due to a damaged item or receiving the wrong product, the return shipping fees will be covered by us.

All returned items must be in their original condition, including the original packaging (box and bag), and unused.

Cancellation Policy

Orders canceled before shipment or delivery are not subject to any cancellation fees.

If an order is canceled while out for delivery, the customer will be charged the delivery fee.

Orders that have already been shipped by an external courier cannot be canceled.

Replacement Policy

If a customer wishes to replace a product due to an unsuitable size or color, they will be responsible for the replacement shipping costs.

Replacement items must be returned in their original condition, along with the original packaging (box and bag).
